How it work

The sand mill mixing chamber is with feeding inlet at the bottom and materials feeding into chamber by a pump .The shaft rotating drove by the motor in an proper speed ,The grinding media agitated by the shaft with a number of discs with its length ,The materials grinding by the media with high force ,so that the coming result of the materials is with fine size up to 2microns is possible.

The glass beads is with 3mm normally and 40%-60% full filled in chamber ,So the materials inside chamber is well grinding by the media ,and the chamber is with cooling jacket if needed , After short time grinding, the materials go through and screen separate the media and final materials ,With the sanding mill ,the materials achieve continuous batch production and also a well grinding with high and stable quality by its special design .

The parts which touched the materials inside is made by stainless steel 304 or 316, and the special parts like shaft and the discs can be optioned by special materials like wear-resistance steel , hard chrome steel ,Stainless steel etc.
